The Azienda is a typical large farmhouse from the 16th century. It has been completely restored in accordance with the existing building regulations. Still it has kept the lovely original character.
The main building has been restored in 1999 and has a total floor space of circa 430 square meters. It has been divided in three apartments and it has also a storage room and two cantinas. Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathrooms and has enough space and bedrooms for four or more guests.
Around the Azienda is a spacious garden in which there is the swimming pool of 10x5m, with next to it in another restored building with a floor space of circa 90 square meters. This building contains another apartment, a hydro-massage, a sauna an extra toilet and a shower. The ‘wellness area’ is offering space for up to 6 persons. This part was restored in 2002.
There is also another outbuilding, circa 40 square meters, which has been restored in 2006. This building can be used for various purposes.
The total floor space is circa 560 square meters. The land in total is circa 17,5 hectares of which more than 3 hectares is forest.
Gualdo, only 2 km away, and all around you have the most delightful country setting.
