Borgo Marina looks like a restoration of a villa and associated farmhouse but it's newly built with all of the plus points that brings. The development consists of two buildings housing between them 6 duplex apartments and 7 large, single story apartments. The villa features lime stucco elevations with ornate cornices, green shutters and copper guttering. The farmhouse is in hand made brick, has a traditional external staircase serving the three duplex apartments and grey shutters.

The two buildings are on a south facing slope 1600m from the sea with each apartment enjoying views of the sun rising over the Adriatic as well as clear views of the Apennine Mountains National park. Those in the duplex apartments will see mountains as far as Gargano on a clear day: that's 250km!

Some apartments have individual entrances and others share generously proportioned hallways with wide marble staircases. Elegant metal banisters have been hand made by a local artisan. Sizes range from 110 to 150 square meter. There is also a large storage room for each apartment.

The landscaped gardens feature a 14m pool with a shallow area for children. The pool has been built to capitalise on the views so that swimmers and sun bathers can look down to the sea. Landscaped gardens feature local plants including olive trees, citronella and rosemary. The development is securely walled in with entrance through remote controlled electric gates: there is ample parking.
